UNDERSTAND FEAR DO NOT TRY TO CONTROL IT


  • FEAR is one of the emotions which is a part of human life.
  • Most of us think that it is unnecessary feeling and try to suppress or maximum try not to express it.
  • But every thing in this world has its own right to exist.
  • Nobody has the power to deny this fact.
  • If we fear that something should not happen in your life,the more you fear the more are the chances to occur.
  • Suppose if you have the fear of road accidents and always think that i should not die of road accidents,the chances of yourself getting involved in an accident increases.
  • So experience the fear freely and allow it to do its own work and it wont bother you much.
  • Just like heads and tails of the same coin, fear and courage,happiness and sadness,patience and impatience have their own role to play.
  • Do not underestimate any feeling and no need to feel guilty that you are experiencing negative emotions.

    how should we treat it that it does not dominate us

  2. the question is very simple splendid.What would you when you feel happy??you would experience the happiness,you would not complaint that you are happy right.Same is the case with fear.Just experience it do not question it.Then the effect will be as less as possible.we should not deal,treat or do anything to fear just relax.Hope you understood my explanation
