HOW TO IMPROVE CONCENTRATION LEVELS???


Improving  concentration


  • When you start reading, listening or doing anything,first thing which matters is flow of thoughts.
  • Observe the picture and you will get an idea if you get deviated for sometime , say "fluctuations are normal" in your mind.
  • Allow the thoughts to flow freely in your mind.For that you need to practice "the manthra".
  • But when you suppress the thoughts it leads to further disturbance just like releasing a suppressed spring {newton's 3rd law}

  3. first of all you have to understand for every aspect there will be 2 sides just like heads and tails of a coin.suppose if you get thoughts about people u like or any other pleasant thought there will be no problem but the moment negative thoughts start then arises all the problems. do not think that you are the creator of thoughts.this leads to guilt feeling and spoils your mood resulting in decrease in concentration.so remember just like sides of a coin both positive and negative thoughts are part of ur life do not suppress negative thoughts.say to yourself frequently deviations are common.
