- In the previous post i have started discussing about stress management with the help of a flow chart i would discuss role of stress in your life.My guru in intermediate level told me stress generates majorly when we start analysing things excessively.
- Difference among students starts form attention in the class.Some children listen to class attentively while others cannot.
- This is not due to difference in I.Q levels.Generally majority of the students have same I.Q levels.But during listening some students will analyse the information and will miss few points then they will fail to cope up with the teaching speed of teacher.
- If this thing repeats several times it leads to stress and the student may develop phobia for certain subject.
- First student should completely accept the contents told by teacher.
- Then if he have any doubts he should clarify them after the completion of class.
- In the mean while you can write your doubts in short form.
- By this teaching flow wont get disrupted and teacher will have good impression on you.
- Dont ask the doubt suddenly because you will stop the flow of information and secondly sometimes teachers may forget things related to them and there are chances for them to feel embarrassed.
- So asking the doubts after finishing the class will reduce your anxiety and stress levels.
- Children i will publish another post related to studies as soon as possible.
- Comments and queries are encouraged I would explain some more aspects which are responsible for the generation of stress and solutions for them.

sir i'm unable to understand subject because of that i'm hating the subject(maths) and now i'm totally unable to understand the subject and my grades have reduced it is even affecting other subjects (chemistry,physics) and i'm notable to concentrate on subject and now i have stopped working on the subject now i'm notable to study other subjects

because most of the children will have the habit of repititive thinking.that is the root cause of all the phobias

As far as maths is concerned or any numerical in phycics and chemistry are concerned there will be three steps first understanding question second applying correct formula third calculation part where you make SILLY MISTAKES you make a habit of doing calculations like this if some thing goes wrong check these three steps separately definitely u WILL FIND ANSWER
